When you prepare for your next trip, pack these tried-and-true natural remedies and avoid common travel maladies.

Melatonin. Take three milligrams before your new bedtime. Place a pillow and blanket on the plane and take your melatonin about 20 minutes before you're ready to snuggle in. This can help you to acclimate to new time zones.
